Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and catalogues, and arrange orders you place with us. We do not sell your details.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with the courier or logistics partner that delivers your order, and only what they need to deliver it. We never sell or rent your details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to rggoyal600@gmail.com.

Shipping & Returns
Dispatch
Ready designs are usually dispatched within a few working days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and custom pieces take longer — we confirm the timeline in your quote.
Delivery & insurance
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery charges and insurance are confirmed with your quote.
Exchanges & returns
If a piece arrives damaged or does not match your confirmed order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
